Tania started work at Matrix Solutions in May 2022 as Level 1/2 Support Engineer in the Support Desk Service Team. Tania is responsible for managing clients’ queries, and to resolve and respond to them in a reasonable period. Tania has hands-on administration level experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Server and Networking, WordPress, LMS-Moodle.
